The following materials are available as Word documents (except for the brochure, which is in .pdf format requiring Adobe Reader).

Staff Evaluation Form: Should be completed by members of the camp staff and mailed by July 31 to the address on the form.

Camp Amazing Grace Brochure: A tri-fold color brochure in .pdf format explaining the purpose of the camp and inviting volunteers, donations and prayers for these smallest victims of crime. Download both pages and print or copy them back-to-back.

Donation Wish List: A compilation of supplies needed to make the week-long camp a memorable experience for 30 campers.
